Dr. Osborne here,   Do you filter your water?  You should.  Your body is almost 70% water.  Most major cities have multiple chemicals in their drinking water…even after they have filtered it.  In my home town, 42 different prescription drugs were found in our water supply.  Add to that the chlorine, chloramines, and fluoride, and you have the perfect toxic soup.

I put together this short video for you to help you understand the best ways to filter your water.  Hint: if you are using a pitcher or fridge filter, you are still being exposed.
